We suggest choosing expedited shipping before holidays to guarantee the delivery of your order. Expedited shipping rates will apply.

For your convenience, Pens4Less offers four methods of delivery. If none of these options meet your needs, please contact us for assistance. Were sorry, but we cannot ship to FPOs, or APOs. For international orders, see below.

*Items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be more. We will enter your address in our UPS or FedEx system and let you know how much it will be depending on what shipping method you choose.
*Larger packages are subject to shipping increases depending on size and weight.
Refill Shipping
Shipping for refills under $50.00 total order will be $2.00. Exceptions are: Ink bottles ($8.50). Ink bottles will be sent via UPS ground. Refill orders over $50.00 must be sent Ground ($8.50) to insure a tracking number. Refills are sent through First Class Mail (unless you select a different type of shipping) and may take up to 14 business days (as stated by the post office) to arrive.
International Shipping
At this time we have suspended International Shipping except for Canada. Please contact us via email at Sales@Pens4Less.com to inquire about shipping to an international address before placing an order. As soon as we have your information we will then let you know if we can or can not ship to the international address you provide us with. If we are able to ship to your address, then you may place your order over the internet. Once we have your order we will email you a shipping quote. All funds are payable in U.S. funds.
Complimentary Wrapping
We would be happy to gift wrap any purchase at no additional cost. All gifts are wrapped in a gender-neutral paper and bow. If you would like an enclosure card to accompany your gift, please fill out the appropriate area on the order form.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Engraved items may not be returned Returns must be in new condition, with all original accessories and packaging included. When returning items, please make certain that they are packaged properly and insured for the value of the item.
Were sorry, but fountain pens that have been filled with ink will not be accepted for return.
Repairs
Pens4Less does not offer a repair service at this time. Repairs of pens must be made directly through the manufacturer. Please email us at Sales@Pens4Less.com with the pen brand you are inquiring about, and we would be happy to give you any manufacture repair information that we have on that brand.
