It is very impressive to get a handwritten note from a merchant, especially these days of fast Internet shopping, and I thank you for the effort. It must be a considerable effort if you send a note to each customer, and I can picture a row of writers (something like Bob Crachitt in A Christmas Carol) turning out notes for the customers. The Cross pen (Townsend, Midnight Blue Rollerball) was delivered very speedily -- so much so that I was quite amazed. The finish of the pen is very attractive, thigh I really like the Cross green Lacquer finish better. The Sensa pens work well, and I have a good selection of them also. I like best the Designer series. I wonder why the Sensa people did not design a rollerball with the combination of colors that are in the designer series (e.g., navy-gold, cabernet-gold). Usually I prefer rollerball pens because of the dark line and flow of putting down the line of writing, which is like using a fountain pen. The texture of the paper sometimes dictates to me what kind of pen I will use. It seems to be getting more and more difficult to find good paper. Thank you again for your note.
